Cheetos, gummy bears, cookies, and other similar things...nice to have an excuse to indulge at least. ;) Good luck with all the doctors. I've been running the gauntlet with mine lately too. I'm now on daily meds for my allergies & asthma after seeing a doctor about them (which I never had issues with in Oregon...maybe I should move there too), went to the dentist last month (had a filling too, joy) & the eye doctor yesterday. Guess now all that's left is getting a proper checkup to make sure the rest of me is OK. Just have to find one worth going to first.

All right, Evie's asking for food for the 3rd time in less than 2 hours so I guess I'll feed her again. Hope you have a good weekend. :)

Thanks for the words, Jay. I'm glad you liked my choices. Yes, the Valdemar series is listed in chronological order, not the order in which they saw print. It's an incredible series but the first trilogy I read (The Last Herald-Mage) is still my favorite of them all. :)

As for the Anita Blake books, out of all the supernatural ones, they are my favorite...but again, there are just so many that I flat out love. That's the wonderful thing about books and authors.

Hey friend, wanted to stop by and send you my best wishes. Not sure how much we'll be connecting around here for a bit, but I'm sure hoping you get some relief soon from everything you're having to deal with. You're ability to make people laugh, even when you're having to go through crazy levels of pain is something that always strikes me as pretty fucking awesome. I know it's one of the things that I miss most during these spells when I'm not around here much.
